I had deleted my previous tutorial a while ago because I was not happy with how I explained things... It really felt like was rewriting an anatomy book. And I really am not going to do that, or make a - how to draw an animal- tutorial when there is plenty. So instead I just share my own tips and information on how I do my animal studies. I was going to make a 5th tip but I did not know anything to write. So if you have suggestions , just comment on the comments below!

Hope its helpful. :)

On Amazon com it was possible to look through some of the pages of that third book. Looks great! Bought it on amazon UK and it's already on the way =^_^=

Seriously laughed at the sausage cats! =D
They look so amusing! (In a good way! )

Ah I have one of those books, the first one, as well as many others. I have the middle one in my "saved for later" on amazon. The third is new to me, it looks good!

It's always nice to see how others draw, be it a "this is how animals are constructed" to "this is how I build up my drawing from sketch to clean lines" and so on =)
I love seeing something as basic as a step by step of their art without any words, just see how they build up and how it evolves. Can learn a lot from it.

Great tips! This tut. helps a lot! I draw cats and study their anatomy but it doesn't want into my brain :3 It's like " the information goes into my head and some seconds later isn't there anymore :("

yeah its hard to study anatomy if you don't understand. Those muscles and bones create the animal. The fur/skin is just a wrapper. I always had trouble to get my horse heads right, but after I draw the skull and then drew the eyes, muzzle etc on top it got much easier :)

I love anatomy so much right now, I dont even mind see skinned/dissected animal bodies because I view it differently. xD lol
